Cat 2 $500.00 $50.00 _ _ All cats must be kept indoors. Deposit is per apartment; rent is per pet.
Dog 2 $500.00 $75.00 _ 30 Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dogs must be curbed and leashed on community grounds. Vet records and a photo are required. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because apartment living is not conducive to certain breeds, we regret we cannot accommodate the following: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
